A splendid, carefully researched, Georgian revival, 5 bedroom house in Kingswood...

We have been recently commissioned to design and produce the construction drawings and specification for a five bedroom house in the Warren, Kingswood, Surrey.  The approximate market value of the house is in the order of £3,000,000, the Town Planning Permission was granted on first application and the project is currently under construction.

A design to change the existing house to accommodate a changing lifestyle...

We have recently been asked to design and supervise the construction of an extension to a significant house in Granville Road, Oxted.  The existing house is to be extensively redesigned to relate more successfully to the changing lifestyle of the Owners and their young family.  We have already come up with an idea that has delighted the Clients and will be moving toward a Town Planning Application in the immediate future.

We carefully advised Mr and Mrs Spiteri over all the stages of the project and on project completion Claire Spiteri wrote to say...
